NATIONAL

 An advanced training that prepares gymnasts for competitions at national and international levels.


Five-to-six days per week with obligatory ballet classes. 

National levels are open for girls aged 10 and older. 


Candidates must have sufficient rhythmic gymnastics training and  successful competition experience to be accepted into this program.

Acceptance into the National program is subject to the coaches' approval.

PROVINCIAL

 An advanced rhythmic gymnastics program that prepares girls for competitions at the provincial level. Gymnasts can also participate in some out-of-province invitational competitions. The program includes obligatory ballet classes.


Three-to-five classes per week for girls aged 7 years and older.


Candidates must have sufficient rhythmic gymnastics skills to register for the provincial level.  A placement test is required to register for the Provincial program.

REGIONAL

The Regional program offers more advanced training in rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts participate in local competitions such as Quebec Games, Montreal Games, and some invitational competitions.  


Two-to-three classes per week for girls aged 6 years and older.


A placement test is required to register for the Regional program.

PRE-COMPETITIVE

 The Pre-Competitive program prepares gymnasts for competitive training. Gymnasts develop flexibility, coordination, agility, artistic expression, and prepare routines for the annual shows.


Three classes per week for girls aged 4 to 6 years.


A placement test is required to register for the Pre-Competitive program.

RECREATIONAL

 Gymnasts develop flexibility, strength, coordination and learn basic techniques of rhythmic gymnastics. Girls prepare choreographed routines for the shows.  


One class per week for girls aged 4 years and older.


No placement test or gymnastics skills are required to register for the Recreational program.
