We welcome girls as young as 4 years old! Our programs are designed specifically for the beginner ages 4-12. No prior experience in dance or gymnastics is required.
Unlike artistic gymnastics (bars and beams), rhythmic gymnastics combines sport and dance with ribbons, balls, hoops, and clubs. It's perfect for kids who love to move to music. At Questo, we offer both recreational dance-sport classes and elite-level training.
