1. About this site

questo.ca is operated by Questo Rythmique Gymnastique, a rhythmic gymnastics club based in Montreal, Quebec. It presents our programs, coaches and locations, and lets you contact us and register for our activities.

2. Permitted use

You agree to use the site for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the site’s operation, introduce malicious code, or systematically extract its content.

3. Registrations, payments and cancellations

Registrations for classes, camps and trials are processed through Activity Messenger, which has its own terms. The club’s registration, payment, refund and cancellation terms are provided to you at registration. In case of any discrepancy, the signed registration documents prevail over website content.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (text, logos, photos, videos, layout) belongs to Questo Rythmique Gymnastique or is used with permission. Reproduction or distribution without our written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep site information up to date (schedules, prices, locations), but it may change without notice. Official contractual information is what is provided at registration.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Questo disclaims liability for indirect damages arising from use of the site, service interruptions, or the content of third-party sites we link to (e.g., Activity Messenger, Google Maps, social networks). Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by public-order legislation, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
