Questo Recreational Program
We help our athletes master basic rhythmic gymnastics skills in a supportive, fun and low-pressure environment.

If you are committed to technical perfection, extensive training and competition schedule, try out for our
Questo Competitive Program
We help our athletes achieve technical mastery, build discipline and resilience required to compete with confidence on provincial, national and international stages.
- girls ages 5-7: pre-competitive DEFI group
- girls ages 8+: only with pre-competitive or previous competitive experience
Questo Recreational Program
Athletes train in groups organized by age:
- Butterflies (Ages 4-5): An introduction to rhythmic gymnastics. Girls learn creative movements, posture, and acquire basic ribbon and ball skills.
- Bunnies (Ages 6-7): A focus on building strong foundation. Gymnasts develop flexibility and pre-acrobatic skills (bridges, splits, cartwheels). Athletes will continue mastering ribbon and ball and learn rope techniques.
- Panthers (Ages 8-12): A focus on strength and elegant alignment. Gymnasts improve their ribbon, ball, and rope techniques and acquire basic hoop skills.
All recreational athletes participate in Questo Winter show (December) and Questo Year-End show (June).
Graduation (Ages 13+): Athletes who successfully mastered basic rhythmic gymnastics skills can continue their journey in our Competitive Regional Pathway. This transition allows dedicated gymnasts to continue in their rhythmic gymnastics journey (subject to a successful completion of skill test ).

Pre-Competitive DEFI Program
- Ages 5-7
- A smooth introduction into the competitive stream
- Athletes train 2 days / week (4 hrs)
- Placement test is required

Athletes may be transitioned between programs throughout their journey to better align with their goals, technical progress and competition performance.
Schedule & Fees
As one of Canada's most prestigious rhythmic gymnastics clubs, Questo provides a highly personalized competitive training schedule. Our programs run year-round to ensure consistent progress. The program includes a 2–4 week summer vacation.
Detailed fees and schedules are provided following a successful evaluation and placement into the appropriate program.
